On a custom build, yes. The repositories, the documentation and the accounts are handed over in full, and you can take them elsewhere at any time. Our own products (SnapSibo, Quavora, WattView) work differently: those are subscriptions, so the code stays ours while your data remains yours and exportable whenever you ask.

We quote per project rather than from a price list, because a three-branch inventory system and a marketing site aren't the same job. Custom builds are a one-time build cost plus ongoing hosting and care. Product subscriptions have a one-time setup covering module configuration, migrating your existing data and training your team, then a monthly fee. Tell us what you need and you'll get a real number, not a range.

Discovery is usually about a week, design one to two, then build in sprints you can follow. A focused first version is typically measured in weeks; a larger system in months. You'll see working software early and often rather than waiting for one reveal at the end.

Every build ships with a 30-day warranty. If something we wrote is broken, we fix it at no charge. Beyond that, keeping software healthy is ongoing work: security patches, backups, monitoring and the small changes that always come up. That runs on a care plan billed separately, so support is steady rather than a scramble.

Nothing is held hostage. On a custom build you keep the code and can run it yourself or hand it to another team. On a product subscription your data stays exportable. We'll agree the notice period and export window in writing before work starts, so there are no surprises either way.

Quavora if your process is fairly standard, your team is small, and you'd rather subscribe than commission a build: a one-time setup fee covers configuration, data migration and training, then it's monthly. Custom if your workflow is genuinely unusual, you need deep integration with systems you already run, or you want to own the code outright. That last one is the real dividing line — a custom build is yours to keep, while Quavora stays ours and runs on our hosting.
