Salo means to eat together. We took the adobo, the kare-kare, the sinigang that tasted like Sunday — and gave them the care of a proper kitchen, without losing the reason we cook them.

Dishes arrive as they're ready, not in courses. Plates land in the middle, hands reach across, and the rice keeps coming until you say stop.
Five dishes, unlimited rice, and dessert to finish — our favourite way to feed people. Bring four or bring fourteen; the long table seats them all.
Your own service and a menu we build with you. Birthdays, despedidas, quiet business dinners — up to sixteen at one table.
We hold a few tables for walk-ins each night, but weekends fill by Wednesday. Groups of eight or more, please call us directly.
