Websites cost ₱12,000 for one page up to ₱160,000 for a full online store. Every quote is one fixed number in writing, because the same three-word brief can mean a fortnight or six months. Here is where prices start, what moves the number, and what you pay each month once it is live.
Where your site lands in its range depends on what it has to do. Your quote is one fixed number, in writing.
Needs a care plan
Needs a care plan
A revision round is one list of changes, sent within 7 days of the preview link. Changes after launch are ₱1,200/hr, or included in a care plan.
Hosting is free. The domain is not, and it is always yours: registered in your name, passed on at cost.
Everything we wrote is under warranty for 30 days from go-live. After that a care plan keeps it patched, backed up, monitored and answered. Month to month, 30 days' notice either way.
Online Store: ₱4,500/month
Keeps the lights on: hosting, backups, monitoring, security patches. No content changes.
Online Store: ₱7,000/month
Everything in Essential, plus 1 hour of changes a month that we publish for you, usually the same day.
Online Store: ₱11,000/month
Everything in Essential, plus 4 hours of development a month for new sections and features.
We respond as fast as we can, but we don't promise an uptime percentage. Most outages start with an upstream provider, and promising what we don't control would not be honest.
Landing and Starter: optional. Without one your site keeps running; it just isn't watched or backed up by us.
Business and Online Store: Essential at least, because the chatbot, forms and store run on services we keep running for you.
Custom systems and Quavora: care is quoted with the build, since a database and background jobs take more to run.
Built by us or by someone else, our monthly SEO plans work on it. We start with an audit, so you know whether to optimise what you have or rebuild first.
Custom systems are quoted per scope. Quavora is quoted per company. Both as one fixed number in writing.
Software built to your requirements. At the final milestone the code, documentation and accounts are yours.
Our business suite, deployed for your company. You pay once for the modules you choose, then one flat monthly fee. No per-user charges.
Pick only the modules you need. The fee and the monthly hosting and support are quoted in writing for your company. CRM, HRIS with self-service, and Payroll are ready today. Accounting, Inventory and Tracking are planned.
Ask for a Quavora quote →How many things it has to do, and how many are unusual. Five screens is not five times one screen.
Anything that talks to something you already run: payments, accounting, a supplier, a government portal.
Moving years of records out of spreadsheets or an old system is real work, and the part most often underestimated.
Who writes the words and takes the photos. If that is us, it is a line on the quote.
On signing. Work starts when it clears.
When we demo an agreed milestone on a test site.
At go-live, after you sign off and your team is trained.
Prices effective October 2026. Existing clients keep their agreed rates for the term.
Every payment gets an official invoice from Makarios IT Solutions, registered with the DTI and BIR. We are non-VAT registered, so the price we quote is the price you pay. If your company withholds tax, send us BIR Form 2307.
Because a three-branch inventory system and a booking app are not the same job. Tell us what you need and you get a real, fixed number in writing, not a range.
Hosting is, on Landing, Starter and Business. The domain is not: about ₱660 a year for a .com, registered in your name. We include the first year from Starter up. A care plan is optional on Landing and Starter, and needed on Business and Online Store.
Yes, for the scope we agree on, for 30 days. If you add something later, we quote the addition separately before doing it, so nothing appears on an invoice you didn't approve.
Nothing is held hostage. On a custom build you keep the code and can run it yourself or hand it to another team. On Quavora your data stays exportable. The notice period and export window are agreed in writing before work starts.
No. Not on anything we build, and not on Quavora. Adding staff costs you nothing.
A few sentences about the work, the timeline and your budget range is enough to start. We read every enquiry ourselves.
